Updated Draft of Advanced Clean Fleet Regulation Released for Public Comment

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) released updated language on the proposed Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) regulation this week.  The revisions are attached to the notices announcing the three workshops scheduled for May 2, 4 and 6th. The updated regulation text incorporates changes from prior comments and is organized in the following four sections:

CARB is also soliciting public comment shortly after the conclusion of the workshops from interested and affected stakeholders. Written informal public comments can be submitted using the comment submittal form. You must register in advance to participate in the workshops.
