CARB has proposed amendments to the Low Carbon Fuel Standard regulation, including increases in carbon intensity values for CNG and RNG, that may impede the growth of RNG production in California, Coalition leaders say.
Coalition President Thomas Lawson led elected officials and community leaders in a press conference Oct. 18 to urge the San Pedro Bay ports commissioners to adopt the Advanced Clean Trucks Now Plan.
The Coalition tracked the following bills and others that affect alternative fuels and vehicles throughout the legislative session, which ended on Sept. 15. The Legislature will reconvene on Jan. 3.
