This public workshop is the first of six for developing a beneficiary mitigation plan for California’s $423 million allocation of the VW Environmental Mitigation Trust. Meetings will also be held Feb. 28 in Fresno, March 1 in Oakland, March 5 in Redding, March 7 in Diamond Bar, and March 8 in Fontana.
