CARB Community Meetings on Minimizing Health Impacts from Freight | Sept. 18, 19, 20, 25; various locations
CARB is holding a series of community meetings to discuss ways to control pollution in local communities from large freight facilities. The first takes place in Lamont, San Joaquin County, on Sept. 18. Subsequent meetings will be held in Long Beach Sept. 19, Fontana Sept. 20, and Oakland Sept. 25; a final meeting will be held in San Diego in November, on a date to be determined.
